Hello! My name is Ginette D'Silva. I'm originally from Montréal, Québec but since 1987, I have made my home in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. I have the  pleasure of sharing my life with two wonderful men who I love tremendously: my sweet husband Evan and my awesome 18 year old son. When I look at my life, I'm very grateful for the love that permeates it. A few years ago, I thought of myself as a person who had no creative ability. Today, I find myself to be very creative. My love for beauty and harmony has prevailed. This is how I have started website design.

 Over the years, I have decorated forums and blogs for myself. Through doing these, I have self-taught myself in graphic and website design. It never occurred to me that I could design websites professionally. This was until requests started coming my way after  designing a website for my husband's business. The rest is history!

 

When I work on a website, I can be lost to the world for hours! I love the co-creating process that is involved in designing websites for my clients. I'm a very good listener and this is very helpful when it comes to finding out what my clients are looking for in a website. All in all, website design provides me with a wonderful creative and collaborative outlet and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

 

Who is Ginny, do you ask? Ginny is the part of me that loves, loves, LOVES to draw, collage, play with images, etc. She is the playful part of me. There is no telling what she will come up with when given free reign! She is a very precious to me and brings balance into my life.
